About Me
I am a social psychologist and statistician with expertise in research methodology, experiment design, and programming. My current work applies behavioural science theories to evaluate questions like: How can we train entrepreneurs to drive U.S. economic impact, foster innovation, and support societal benefits nationwide? What are effective workforce development strategies to expand access to advanced health technologies in under-resourced communities? How do we build more resilient, sustainable food systems — from strengthening organic farmer networks to rethinking phosphorus management across the USA?
My psychology research explores the mechanics of human judgement and reasoning: How do we assimilate and use information when making decisions? How do we form and revise our impressions of others? How rational are our decisions across social contexts? I approach these questions through a social, cognitive, and developmental lens.
I support and advocate for open science practices and transparency in psychological science.
